During the midterm exam period that started on November 29, 2020, at our university, it was determined that some students and faculty members experienced difficulties in accessing the system due to system congestion caused by conducting both exams and classes synchronously at the same time. In this context;
1. It has been decided that no synchronous (online) classes will be held by our faculty members between December 3 – December 13, 2020, and that only lecture notes will be uploaded to the system for the classes that need to be held during this period, and that the uploading of lecture notes will be considered as the classes being conducted,
2. It has been decided to grant a make-up midterm exam right to students who could not participate in the midterm exams held between November 29 – December 2, 2020, due to system-related issues, if they apply through the address https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu/KullaniciGirisi.
