Announcement About Students Who Want to Apply for Midterm Excuse Exams

Students studying at our university in the Fall Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year who could not attend the Midterm Exams due to their excuses must fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu between December 1, 2020, and December 20, 2020, until 24:00.
Our students need to check the information that appears after entering the above address, enter the course instructor information, and complete the process by clicking the "Add Course Information" button and then the "Submit Application to Unit" button.
The specified period will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the matter belongs to the student.
